Return Policy

Our return policy ensures that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that One-of-a-Kind Jacket purchases are final sale, as are items purchased on sale or clearance. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sparrowblueclothing.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Customized item (including One-of-a-Kind Jackets) purchases are final sale. Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale.

 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sparrow Blue items are often intended to have tears, distress and decorative features that do not qualify as damaged. If noted "One of a kind" in the description OR "Each item is uniquely hand dyed / Each item is uniquely hand bleached" These items will not be considered damaged products.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
